Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ParetoStudio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use ParetoStudio, in accordance with Italian law (D.Lgs. 101/2018, Art. 2-quinquies). By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Description of Service
ParetoStudio is a SaaS platform for building, managing, and deploying AI prompts and agent configurations. The Service includes a web application, browser extension, and associated APIs.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription Plans
ParetoStudio offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all prompts, agent configurations, and any other content you create using the Service. ParetoStudio does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will never use your content for training, marketing, or any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
ParetoStudio retains ownership of the platform, software, and documentation.
7. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you have not substantially used the Service during the withdrawal period, you may request a full refund by contacting support@paretostudio.io.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. ParetoStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Italian or EU consumer protection law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer's court of residence, in accordance with D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), Art. 33.

10. Language
These Terms are provided in English. An Italian translation may be made available in the future. In the event of any conflict between the English and Italian versions, the Italian version shall prevail.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
